Farrah Marisa is a trusted advisor and Coach to some of the world’s most prominent CEOs, senior executives, founders and entrepreneurs. She is known for creating the Entelechy method™, which cultivates insight into how the quality of our thoughts influence the feelings and behaviors that shape our reality.
Over the last 10 years she has worked with thousands of individuals around the world, supporting them in transforming their lives personally and professionally.
Farrah facilitates transformational workshops and has created customized programs for sales teams. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker and has spoken at numerous conferences, summits and events globally. She serves as a mentor Coach, supporting new Coaches start their businesses, giving them the tools and resources they need to powerfully lead others.
In 2010, Farrah started working in the criminal justice system. She is a proponent of Restorative Justice, a model focusing on the rehabilitation of incarcerated people through reconciliation with survivors of crime and the community-at-large. Greatly inspired by the transformational power and wisdom she has witnessed in this work, Farrah now serves on the advisory boards of several non-profits. She continues to mentor returning citizens as they grow into Agents of Change.
